We Have Snow, People

We will have a white Christmas in Minneapolis this year. While this may seem like a given, it actually isn't. Apparently the past two Christmases have been snow-free, which sounds depressing to me. If one lives in a place where it snows, then it should be required that there is snow for Christmas. Of course, now people are concerned that this is going to be a looooong winter since the snow has already begun. We'll see how everything shakes out!

I think we have about 5 inches of snow on the ground right now -- I'll see about getting a couple of photos put up tomorrow. Both Sully and the cats were wondering what that stuff was falling out of the sky while they looked out the window today. Once it gets a little warmer, we'll see about getting Sully out to sit in the snow a bit. And we need to get him some boots or footwear of some kind -- the kiddo still only wears socks. Gabe and I know what we'll be getting Sully for his birthday.

We have snow too...about 3-4 inches! It will be gone tomorrow followed by 50 mph winds and some flooding, woo hoo!

Holy cow -- that is crazy! Definitely a way bigger deal than snow here in Minnesota. I hope your guys' power stays on andthere isn't a repeat of the weekend last December when we were all camped out at your house!

Someone beat me to it. :-) We got snowed in with a blizzard Saturday. Only got about 2" but enough to keep us homebound.
